Objective: 
Run a full technical SEO audit on a 600-page WordPress site using Claude Opus 4.6 and automate the fixes through Claude Cowork. Replace a traditional $8,000 agency workflow with a 3-day AI-powered process.

What I Worked On:

Day 1 - Technical Audit, Crawlability and indexation analysis. Found 47 unindexed pages, 12 orphan URLs, and a robots.txt rule blocking the entire lead magnet directory.

Day 2 - Architecture, Speed, and On-Page Internal Linking Audit across 600+ pages. Core Web Vitals analysis on 30 landing pages. On-page scoring for 50 key pages. Found zero blog-to-product links, 18 pages failing LCP, 22 pages missing schema, and 31 cannibalizing blog posts.

Day 3 - Automation and Deployment Used Claude Cowork to generate optimized meta tags for 600+ pages, JSON-LD schema for 50 pages, 87 internal link suggestions with exact placement, and a 52-redirect map. All deployed through WordPress plugins.

What Actually Worked:

Clean robots.txt brought 34 pages into Google's index overnight. Schema markup drove 517% more rich results. Internal linking improved average keyword position by 36%. Speed fixes pushed Core Web Vitals pass rate from 34% to 91%.

Result:

Organic traffic up 52%. Crawl errors down 92%. Rich results up 517%. Mobile speed cut from 4.2s to 1.8s. A repeatable AI-powered SEO workflow that delivered better results than a traditional agency audit in a fraction of the time and cost.
