A business strategy for product or service (or both) based business would consist of - 

➡Brand Strategy 
➡SWOT Analysis
➡Target Audience/ Customer Strategy
➡Marketing Position Determining Factors  
➡Marketing statement for customers (with voice and tone) + USP formation
➡Positioning Strategy 
➡Competitive Analysis
➡Marketing Strategy (comprising of classic product, pricing, people and promotion strategy)
➡Sales Strategy 
➡Growth and Expansion Strategy 

All of this would be followed with a plan, calender and other required systems in place. 
I don't like to do this in the same old google docs or notion manner, rather I like to keep it visual so that my client is able to make the most sense out of why and how thing different strategies and plan connect with each other.
