Social Media Management End-to-End - NGO Education Sector

Objective: To improve awareness about the NGO, improve branding efforts, generate sponsorship opportunities, and attract quality talent in terms of volunteers and employees.

Writing Methodology:

Research about competitor social media.
Work with the NGO team, leadership, partners to understand the projects.
Visit schools personally to see the project implementation to get a practical feel.
Write content and if required creates video, carousel in Canva and publish the post on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
Create monthly annual report analyzing the data of posts and accordingly take action to improve reach.

Impact:

Increased brand awareness as mentioned by the Board of Trustees
Got visibility across government officials (which is a must for NGO in education sector) and volunteers have been approaching.
Generated leads with Corporate CSR and submitted proposals for funding.
