Title: Finalist, Best Manager: Suit Up for Success, Kirori Mal College 2025

About: I reached the final round of Best Manager: Suit Up for Success, a high-stakes management competition organized by the Commerce Society of Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. Out of 485 registered participants, the competition tested leadership, strategic thinking, and crisis management skills across multiple rounds, inspired by real high-pressure corporate scenarios.

My Work:

Cleared the online quiz round, answering 20 challenging questions on logical reasoning, business acumen, and problem-solving.

Submitted a 30–45 second video pitch explaining why I deserved to be the next Best Manager, judged on creativity, originality, and clarity.

Prepared for an on-campus boardroom simulation, where participants were evaluated on HR decisions, marketing strategy, crisis management, and real-time corporate problem-solving.

Although I could not attend the final event due to prior commitments, being shortlisted until the final round was a valuable recognition. This milestone strengthened my adaptability and strategic thinking, and I remain committed to continuous learning and leveraging opportunities.
