I, as the Digital Marketing Manager, took care of the social media marketing in terms of lead generation (new brain gym partners), training of the brain gym partners, running meta ads campaigns for getting leads (brain gym customers) - Optimised campaigns to have an avg. Cost per Lead: to ~INR 50/- whereas the Ticket size ranged from INR 500/- to INR 4000/- and sharing with them for successful operation and maintaining relationships with them.
During this, we launched multiple types of campaigns which included influencer marketing, Local marketing, Customer testimonials etc. These videos got a good traction on social and we got multiple bookings at the brain gyms.
