Beginning of the 2022 financial year, was assigned the task to re-build YourStory Youtube Channel in terms of team+content+business. The YourStory Youtube channel, before that was looked at as a repository. I built a new team with existing members and new members and started showing growth in terms of views+subscribers and built a fresh new P&L for the organisation
