• Product features to be rolled out on the current platform (what new features can form an extension of current offerings, which features will be able to generate revenue, what are similar platforms doing and how can I solve user pain points through these features, etc.)
• Market sizing/business opportunity/Monetization strategy.
• Go-to-market plan/strategy to acquire new users
• Defining what will be the success metrics.
