The tech behind such a company requires levels of security (storing confidential data like cap tables), extensibility (same interfaces supporting different business logics for different jurisdictions) and robustness (determining invalid states in corporations, companies and processes). 

At Commenda. I'm solving for all these. I migrated their old backend system to the new architecture that I designed. Currently trying to build workflows and automated processes that unloads the operations and develops as the basis of upcoming products.
