I have been working with Mr. Techpedia (with 321k subscribers as of Nov 2023 ) since June 2023, and in just 5 months of collaboration, we were able to cross 1M+ views on 3 of their youtube videos. Tech thumbnails are all about layouts, we heavily focused on that and the results are clearly visible.
