Senior Designer Assignment — Brand × Performance × Community for Scaler School of Business

Objective
To design performance-driven and community-led creatives that translate Scaler School of Business’s philosophy into clear, conversion-oriented visual communication. The focus was on blending brand credibility, real-world outcomes, and community energy rather than aesthetic-led decoration.

Time Required
~2 days (including brand study, competitive analysis, concepting, and execution)

Tools Used
Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Approach & Rationale
I approached this assignment brand-first, not asset-first.
For the performance ad, the goal was instant credibility and scroll-stopping clarity using outcome-led messaging grounded in real execution.
For the event ad, the intent was to position SSB as a thought leader in community-led growth, using authority-driven imagery and restrained typography to signal substance over hype.

Both creatives were designed to scale across paid, organic, and campus touchpoints while prioritizing clarity, hierarchy, and conversion intent.

Expected Outcome
• Performance Ad: Curiosity → Credibility → Click
• Event Ad: Resonance → Validation → Attendance

The designs aim to prompt the audience to move from passive scrolling to active consideration.

Conclusion
This assignment reflects how I think about design as a business lever — where visual systems support storytelling, trust, and measurable action rather than surface-level aesthetics.
