Working at Currently working as a UI/UX Designer at Value Matrix, where I’m involved in designing intuitive user experiences and interfaces for B2B solutions. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions align with user needs and business goals. My role here builds on my previous startup experiences, where I led design efforts from scratch—setting up UX processes, conducting research, running sprints, and even stepping into product management when needed. Working at Value Matrix has helped me deepen my skills in designing scalable systems and balancing user empathy with functionality. It’s also reaffirmed my love for working in fast-paced, problem-solving environments.
