for this assignment, i picked the topic “how pickleball is becoming the new networking spot”.
the idea was to write like a 40yo founder - casual, authentic, not preachy. i wanted it to feel like he’s sharing an observation, not giving a ted talk.
i started with a simple contrast: traditional networking events feel forced vs. pickleball feels natural. then i broke down why (hierarchies disappear on the court, conversations are organic, and it’s actually fun).
for the x posts, i tried covering all four topics they gave: pickleball, networking events, sports for entrepreneurs, and meaningful new-age startups. kept them short and conversational - more like reflections than punchy one-liners, so they match how founders usually write.
overall, my goal was to keep everything human, relatable, and scroll-friendly.
