Project: Creating Content Strategy for Podcast Growth

Objective:
Develop a content strategy to grow the podcast channel by 5k subscribers in 3 months, focusing on engaging content, effective use of shorts, teasers, and optimized video thumbnails.

Process:
I researched competitor podcast channels and podcasts related to Sania Nehwal, analyzing their strategies. I also conducted an in-depth analysis of our current channel’s performance to identify areas for improvement and tailored the strategy accordingly.
