We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for aspiring content creators and social media enthusiasts to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and marketing.

• We are looking for a talented individual in our team who can edit reels, design posts for our social media handles, and manage everything design for our upcoming campaign.
• Before delving into the assignment, we would like to know how you can add value to our team. You have the freedom to create anything that you feel like we lack in. You can also analyse our social media handles and create something.

Here's the assignment:

• Task 1: Create a 20-second reel out of this raw view. 
  
  Here's a raw draft of a video made by the team. It also has voiceovers attached. You have the creative freedom, add elements, memes, music or anything you like and make it interesting. Access the raw file here
   
• Task 2: Design an eye-catchy reel cover for the reel you created

Basic guidelines:

• The individual must have an understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices that could be adopted by the company.
• The primary focus of the social media practices is on brand adoption and awareness. You must be able to research competitors and industry best practices to create the social media strategy and brainstorm and propose creative ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.
• We are looking for talented and passionate individuals who can plan, strategize, and create content, thereby, adhering to the tonality, colours and brand guidelines.
• This internship is a 3-month commitment, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual interest.
• This is a paid internship and the compensation would be decided based on the candidates’ skills and experience.
• Apart from the compensation, you will gain valuable experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities within the industry.
