We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for aspiring content creators and social media enthusiasts to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and marketing.

Before delving into the assignment, we would like to know how you can add value to our team. You have the freedom to create anything that you feel like we lack in. You can also analyse our social media handles and create something.

 

Here’s an assignment for you:

Task 1: We have recently launched a new feature - Topbot which is a bot for the user profiles on topmate. It replies on your behalf whenever someone comes to your profile and ask anything from you. It also replies to your LinkedIn comments on your behalf. You can read more about Topbot here

Come up with a 7-day plan to promote this feature on our social media handles.

Task 2:  Create a content strategy for LinkedIn and Twitter to generate more UGC and increase user sign ups. 

Task 3: Suggest some reel ideas to be worked upon by the team and make the content on our social media handles more humane.

💡 Note: You can also take references from our existing posts, audit them, and let us know how we could have made them better.

 

Basic guidelines:

• The individual should have an understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices that could be adopted by the company.
• The primary focus of the social media practices is on brand adoption and awareness. You must be able to research competitors and industry best practices to create the social media strategy and brainstorm and propose creative ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.
• We are looking for talented and passionate individuals who can plan, strategize, and create content, thereby, adhering to the tonality, colours and brand guidelines.
• This internship is a 3-month commitment, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual interest.
• This is a paid in-office internship and the compensation would be decided based on the candidates’ skills and experience.
• Apart from the compensation, you will gain valuable experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities within the industry.
