2. Content Requirements

Length: 1000-1200 words.
Title: Create a catchy and informative title.
Introduction: Briefly introduce the topic and explain its significance.

Main Body

• Provide a detailed explanation of the development.
• Discuss its implications for the industry and potential future impact.
• Include quotes or insights from industry experts or researchers if available

3. Additional Elements

• Suggest at least one visual (e.g., chart, infographic, image) that could accompany the article.   Describe its relevance and how it would enhance the reader's understanding.
•  List all sources used for research and include hyperlinks where applicable.

4. Tone and Style

• Write in a professional yet engaging tone suitable for an audience of AI enthusiasts, professionals, and industry leaders. For inspiration, look at newsletters like Starter Story. 
• Ensure the content is easy to understand, even for readers who may not have a deep technical background.

5. Submission Format

• Submit the newsletter in a Google Doc format (make sure you've turned on public view)

Responsibilities

• Write and publish 3 weekly newsletters in the niches of Education, Marketing, Startup & Growth.
• Oversee and manage a team consisting of 2 writers and 1 graphic designer.
• Head 3 newsletter publications, ensuring the delivery of 9 newsletters per week.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the newsletter ecosystem, industry trends, and best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of newsletter content, from creation to distribution.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the writing and design team.
• Monitor and analyze newsletter performance metrics to continually optimize content and strategy.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in newsletter writing and content creation, with a strong portfolio.
• Mastery in execution and operations, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Preferred: 6-12 months of agency experience.
• Overall work experience of 2 years in relevant fields.
