We’re looking for a detail-oriented Video Editor freelancer who can turn complex ideas into clean, engaging visual stories—while working seamlessly with content and strategy teams.
Freelancing / Remote role / Immediate Joining
1–3 Years of Experience, Remote, Freelance
INR 2500 - 3000 per reel (depending on experience and proof of work)
Assignment and Submission Details
- Create a 20-30 seconds short-form content piece (Reel/Short) from the footage provided below
- Create a Google Doc, Notion Doc, or use the Fueler Description section to share your assignment
- Make sure your link is public to avoid rejection

Role Overview
As a Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for editing short-form and long-form videos across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with writers, designers, and account managers to ensure every video is sharp, on-brand, and delivers clarity—not clutter.
This role is ideal for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific editing, not just transitions and effects.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on video editing experience
- Strong command over Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Good sense of storytelling, rhythm, and viewer retention
- Experience editing for social media platforms
- Ability to follow briefs, brand guidelines, and feedback precisely
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in delivery
- Here are some references on the quality and style of edits we expect.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience editing finance, business, or educational content
- Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects or equivalent)
- Understanding of content performance and audience behavior
- Experience working with remote teams or agencies
Scope of Work
For short-form videos, process will be:
- We’ll share the recording files with you.
- You can sequence and start editing immediately, adding relevant b-rolls, captions/subtitles, and any other important points.
- You can assume around 20-25 videos per month.
