Few months back, I started playing badminton every weekend.
Not because I wanted to get fit. But just to clear my head.
Surprisingly, it helped me in work too.
After playing, I feel more focused, I sleep better, and even small things doesn’t irritate me anymore.
As a founder, stress is always there.
Some days are good, some are full mess.
But after a good game, even the bad days feels okay.
Also, you get to meet people outside your usual circle.
Sometimes you talk, laugh, share ideas. And you don’t even realise how much you needed that.
If you're building something , play a sport.
Any sport. Doesn't matter if you're good at it or not.
Your body and brain both will thank you later.
