Social Palette is hiring a Social Media Executive who’s ready to skip the internship and jump straight into real-time content, clients, and campaigns.

Social Palette is a creative marketing studio that helps lifestyle, fashion, and purpose-driven brands tell their stories online — with strategy, storytelling, and standout visuals.
We’re known for aesthetic content, clean strategy, and being dependable partners to our clients.

THE ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

You’ll be doing things like:

  • Planning and executing social media strategies
  • Writing captions, hooks, and storyboards
  • Researching trends and building monthly calendars
  • Planning reel scripts and content briefs
  • Collaborating with graphic designers and editors
  • Posting content and managing basic scheduling
  • Engaging with the client’s audience via comments and DMs — maintaining the brand’s tone and building community

    Note:

You don’t need to be a designer or a full-time editor — but basic design & reel editing skills are a huge plus.

What matters most: Aesthetic sense + ability to adapt to different brand tones + getting things done.

✅ Assignment 1: 7-Day Content Strategy for Social Palette

We want to see how you think like a strategist.

 Your task:

  • Create a 7-day Instagram content plan
  • Mention: Format (Reel/Static/Story), content idea, and content pillar for each day
  • Optional but brownie points: include sample hooks, draft captions, or visual references

✅ Assignment 2: Social Media Strategy Breakdown

Pick one Indian fashion brand of your choice (e.g., Bunaai, Okhai, The Loom, Suta, etc.)


 Your tasks:


1. Design 2 organic Instagram stories for the brand you picked

  • Include brief concept notes explaining your idea, intention, and flow. 
    Focus on visual appeal, storytelling, and aesthetics. Canva/Figma is totally okay.

2.Dissect their Instagram strategy

  • Highlight:
    • Their content pillars
    • Reel vs static split
    • Visual aesthetic & tone of voice
    • Engagement tactics (polls, lives, UGC, etc.)
    • What’s working well
    • What could be improved
    • What would you do differently?

1. About the Brand
True Browns is an Indian contemporary ethnic wear brand that merges tradition with functionality. Their pieces are designed to be versatile, sustainable, and inclusive — perfect for modern Indian women who seek comfort without compromising on style.


2. Target Audience
Women aged 25–45, urban, working professionals and modern homemakers. Likely based in metro and Tier 1 cities, interested in fusion fashion and mindful consumption.


3. Platform Presence & Performance

Active on Instagram (primary platform), Facebook, and Pinterest

Instagram: ~250K+ followers, consistent posting, high reel views

Pinterest: Good quality pins but limited frequency

Facebook is used mostly for paid promotions and retargeting

Website experience is clean and aligned with social tone


4. Content Strategy

Reels: Focus on styling tips, outfit transitions, body-positive messaging

Static Posts: New arrivals, collection launches, promotional banners

Stories: Product showcases, reviews, sale announcements

Highlights: Size guide, sustainability, shipping, reviews, etc.

Seasonal campaigns and festive edits are well-timed


5. Visual & Aesthetic Language

Warm tones, minimal backgrounds, earthy aesthetics

Prioritises comfort and inclusivity in their visuals

Visuals reflect strong brand identity — calm, graceful, real

Models across body types and skin tones are featured


6. Engagement and community strategy

Replies to DMs and comments are timely

UGC is encouraged and shared via stories and highlights

Captions are value-driven, often share styling notes and care tips

Could improve in using interactive story features like polls/quizzes regularly

JOB DETAILS

💼 Job Type: Full-Time |🧠 Experience: 0–1 year
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
🏠 Location: Remote (Work from Home)
🗓️ Workdays: 6 Days a Week
⏳ Probation: 6 Months (Performance-based salary revision post probation)
