Write a script for the founder talking about a ‘No-notice’ employee policy

Where they have decided to not provide any notice period to their employee. 

This needs to be written from the employee benefits perspective. Like they can stay if they want, but as a founder they’ve built a system that helps them work efficiently even when an employee decides to leave.

• Using AI to improve your productivity is encouraged. But don’t just share AI-generated content. Your submission will be rejected if it is found so. Conduct your own research and write. 
• Make your submission in Google Doc format or Notion (make sure you've turned on public view)
   

 

Requirements

• You're experienced (newbies won't be considered) 
• You're not currently studying or in college 
• You're available for a full-time role/part-time role
• You've experience in writing content for Instagram and LinkedIn
• You'll be able to handle strict deadlines

Work responsibilities include: 

• Researching and strategizing content for Instagram and LinkedIn 
• Write Instagram reel content plus captions
• LinkedIn ghostwriting for personal profile
• And other additional writing work according to the workflow
