Scale Socials is hiring a YouTube Scriptwriter for a fast-growing channel focused on:

• Cybercrime
• Hacking
• Dark internet cases
• Online scams & digital investigations

This role is for writers who understand storytelling, tension, and audience retention and not generic blog-style writing.

How the Hiring Process Works (Read Carefully)

This hiring process has two clear stages:

Stage 1: Selection Assignment
You’ll complete a short assignment to evaluate:

Story judgment

Hook creation

Understanding of YouTube audience psychology

This assignment is used only for evaluation.

Stage 2: Paid Trial Month (If Selected)
Candidates who clear the assignment will move into a 1-month paid trial:

Compensation: ₹10,000 (fixed for Month 1)

Responsibilities will be clearly defined

Feedback will be provided during the trial

From Month 2 onward, compensation will be renegotiated based on performance.

Compensation Progression

Month 1 (Trial Month): ₹10,000 fixed

Month 2 onward: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Final pay depends on output quality, consistency, and retention performance

This role is intended to become a long-term position.
 

Selection Assignment Tasks

Step 1: Topic Ideation

Propose 5 original YouTube video ideas related to:

Cybercrime

Hacking

Dark internet

Online scams

Digital fraud / investigations

Each idea must include:

Working title

2–3 lines explaining the core hook

Why this story would keep viewers watching
 

Step 2: Hook Breakdown

Pick ONE idea and write:

A 30–45 second YouTube opening hook

Focus on curiosity, stakes, and tension

No full script required
 

What We’re Evaluating

Ability to spot high-retention story angles

Understanding of pacing and viewer psychology

Clarity of thinking (not word count)

Comfort researching real-world cases

AI can be used for research support, not thinking replacement.
