1  Who are we Hiring?

Aesthetic Gaane (130K+ IG community) blends Indian music history, pop-culture trivia and Gen-Z storytelling. We need freelance copywriters who can:
* sniff out trending hooks before they explode,
* research rabbit-holes across Bollywood, indie & DHH,
* spin those insights into binge-worthy reel scripts.

If you reference AR Rahman, Seedhe Maut and a 2000s Govinda meme in one breath—you’re our vibe.

2 │ What You’ll Submit (the assignment)

Deliverable A: Three reel ideas
• Each idea must be rooted in an Indian music / Bollywood insight.
• You dont need to share the whole script, but share the idea and source link
 

Deliverable B: One full script
Pick one of your ideas and flesh it out:
1. Hook line (≤ 15 words)
2. Story beats (40-60 sec total)
3. Closing CTA
4. Suggested caption for socials (≤ 70 words)

• Tone: Conversational Hinglish, respectful to legends,* Audience: 18-35 India-centric music nerds + casual scroller.
• Hook Game: First 2 seconds must pass the “thumb-stop” test.
• Research: Cite sources (articles, interviews, charts) in footnotes or comments.
• Cultural Nuance: No sloppy facts—get release years, lyricists, composers right.
