We’re looking for a sharp and curious AI Generalist to join our growing team at Respawn Media — an agency known for pushing the boundaries of content with storytelling, pop culture, and new-age tech.

Your job? To turn ideas into output using platforms like ChatGPT, Heygen, ElevenLabs, Gemini, Veo 3, and whatever else pops up tomorrow. If you’re someone who enjoys figuring out tools, experimenting with prompts, and staying ahead of the curve, this role is built for you.
 

🎨 What You’ll Be Doing

• Turning creative ideas into high-quality content using AI tools
• Writing smart prompts that get the best out of tools like ChatGPT, Heygen, Veo 3, and others
• Testing new AI tools and integrating them into our workflow
• Helping us build internal systems and shortcuts using AI
• Brainstorming with the founder & team to execute fast-moving content and campaigns
• Keeping track of new AI trends, tools, and features every week

🧰 Tools You Should Be Comfortable With (or ready to learn fast)

• Text: ChatGPT (4o), Gemini, Claude, etc.
• Voice: ElevenLabs, PlayHT
• Video: Heygen, Veo 3, Runway
• Image: Midjourney, Ideogram, Leonardo

• You understand how to prompt, not just where to prompt
• You’re not afraid of new tools – you explore them the week they launch
• Bonus if you have basic design/video editing knowledge (but not mandatory)
