RedGorillas is looking for a dynamic and driven video creator to help us boost our social media presence with eye-catching Instagram reels and UGC. If you're passionate about video content and ready to make a splash in the digital world, this is the perfect gig for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

UGC Content Creation: ✨

• Produce high-quality, engaging video content (reels/posts) for our Instagram page.
• Create short video reels (30 to 50 seconds) bursting with creativity.
• Aim to deliver between 15 to 20 short reels per month (negotiable based on your video quality)
• You will create the video + basic editing of the video (professional editing is not expected)
• You are an extrovert and not shy about putting your face on the video
• MUST have, should have know-how of regional language like Kannada (Talking, writing mostly)

Creative Development: 

• Collaborate with our team to transform pre-provided script ideas into unique, trendsetting content.
• Utilize Instagram tools like text overlays, trending music, and effects to craft engaging and insightful reels.

What’s In It For You? 

• Compensation:
  • Pay: 10K - 12K INR Per month (based on quality of work can reach upper limit)
  • Location: Remote, Flexible (Karnataka preferably as candidate should speak Kannada)
  • No hourly commitment as such - must show commitment towards work and attend calls/meeting when needed. 

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Skills: 🛠️
  • Proven experience in content creation, especially with Instagram reels and short-form videos.
  • A strong command of Instagram tools, trends, and UGC strategies.
  • A portfolio showcasing your self-made content (Instagram reels or similar) to share with our team.
  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada, with bonus points for proficiency in English and Hindi! 🗣️

Assignment:

Create a fun, 30 to 50-second video where you introduce yourself in Kannada. Let your personality shine and show off your skills with Instagram reel tools (think text overlays, trending music, and cool visual effects)! 

Submission Guidelines:

• Submit your task on GDrive or Youtube (Unlisted) - Along with your previous works (if any) in the description
• Make sure you make the submission link PUBLIC - so that we can access it
