You can push more and cross-sell, but basically that just makes you less referable than delighting them so much they refer two or three friends, because then those friends refer two or three, and that's where you get rich.”

• You're proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tight deadlines.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut is a plus.
