About the Role

One of our partner companies is looking for a Visual Associate with strong hands-on experience in both shooting and editing videos. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment, collaborating closely with creators and brands, and contributing to visually compelling content across formats.

Key Requirements:-

You are a perfect fit for this role if you have:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in video shoots and editing
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom
• A personal camera setup and laptop suitable for professional shoots and editing
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or brands (preferred)
• Good understanding of studio lighting and various lighting techniques
• Knowledge of image editing and color grading
• A creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
• Willingness to learn and strictly adhere to the organization’s editing and videography style
• Ability to ensure shoot setups are fully ready and functional, including audio, lighting, and production equipment
• Based in Mumbai and must have videography skills + laptop(pc) setup

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand briefs and grasp the team’s requirements and creative specifications
• Shoot long-format and short-format videos (both indoor and outdoor)
• Review shooting scripts and raw footage to craft engaging video content
• Trim footage, assemble sequences, and finalize videos as per creative direction
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency in visual style and quality
