As a Video Editor, You Will:

• Edit daily content with set deadlines.
• Be responsible for watching long-form footage (such as Podcasts and YouTube Videos) to find "viral" moments and turn them into short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Be responsible for a set number of clients assigned to you.
• Be creative, bring new ideas to the table to constantly improve your clips.

 

Requirements:

• Must be available full-time (40 hours per week)
• At least 2+ years of experience as a short-form video editor (podcast clip experience is a bonus).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• WiFi Speeds of at least 200mb per second.
• Strong eye for selecting hooks from long-form footage.
• Creative editing ability.
• Expert with software like Google Drive and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• You're someone who never settles for ‘good enough’.
• Proactive, self-motivated and organized - constantly looking to improve.
