Assignment Brief for Ad Creative Design
Objective: We need an ad creative that will inspire organizations to download a free Ergonomic Compliance Pocketbook. The pocketbook is designed to educate businesses about ergonomic regulations in Ireland & UK, the benefits of compliance, and practical steps to improve workplace ergonomics.
The goal of the ad is to grab attention, communicate the value of the lead magnet, and encourage clicks to download the pocketbook.

Company Overview
We're looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in the B2B, tech and SaaS space. You should be comfortable working with modern design styles, capable of conceptualising ad creatives, ebooks, infographics and able to bring visuals to life through GIFs and other motion elements.

• A solid portfolio in the tech/SaaS space
• Ability to think beyond templates — conceptual thinking is a must
• Proficiency in modern, clean design styles
• Hands-on experience with GIFs, animations, and short motion graphics
