Assignment

For this raw clip, you have to edit a 30-second clip. This is to assess your basic

gaming knowledge and editing skills.

Inside, you’ll find:

• A reference video - this gives you an idea of the editing style we often go for (but feel free to improve on it or bring your own touch!)
• A folder of raw footage - this contains unedited gameplay clips that you’ll use to create your 30-second sample. Choose the parts you like and edit them however you see fit.
• A folder of assets - including sound effects, presets, and other elements to support your edit.

There’s no pressure to follow the reference exactly we’re more interested in seeing your

personal style, creativity, and technical skill. The goal is to understand your potential and find

the best-suited projects for you going forward.

 

About Numo Media

We are Numo, an India-based video editing company (registered name: Xenwin Services LLP). We mainly work with foreign clients, specifically in the gaming niche. We currently have 10+ active clients and have worked with over 50 clients in the past two years.

We are looking to expand our team so that we can onboard more clients. With GTA 6 also

coming soon, we aim to become the leading production house for creators covering the game.

We have a dedicated training team that trains editors according to our clients’ requirements. Even if an editor does not know how to edit gaming videos, that’s not an issue. If they have

good grasping skills and a basic understanding of gaming YouTube content, our team, along

with high-quality assets and SOPs, will help them adapt to the work and editing styles required by our clients.

Job Description

Responsible for consistently meeting deadlines and delivering work on time.

• Prior experience with gaming videos is preferred.
• Strong understanding of gaming YouTube content and current editing trends.
• Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to different editing styles based on client requirements.
• Comfortable following SOPs and implementing feedback.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Should have a good powerful editing system which can handle 4k clips or at least be able to make proxies in less amount of time
• Able to work full-time and communicate effectively with the team.
