Content Strategy for Topmate

  1. Objective: 

The objective of this project was to analyse two posts and create a content strategy/content calendar for topmate.io.

Here are a few things that I kept in mind throughout:

- Target Audience: In defining the content strategy for topmate.io, I conducted a thorough analysis of the target audience. This involved understanding demographic details, preferences, and behavior patterns to tailor content that resonates with the intended market segment. 

- Profile Audit: I did a profile audit for the brand. The emphasis was placed on visual consistency, tone of voice, and messaging alignment with the brand's identity. This involved evaluating previous content, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and determining areas for improvement.

- Audit Findings: The audit uncovered valuable insights into the brand's online presence. I assessed engagement metrics and user feedback. I Identified content gaps, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities to enhance the overall digital footprint of topmate.io.

- Thought Process: The thought process behind the content strategy encompassed aligning brand messaging with the target audience, incorporating storytelling elements, and leveraging data-driven insights. I focused on creating a narrative that not only showcases topmate.io's products but also communicates the brand's values, fostering a stronger connection with the audience.

2. Tools Used:

To complete this project, I used a set of tools such as Notion, LinkedIn and Canva.

3. Time Taken:

The overall time that this project took me was 3 hours including the profile audit, analysis of previous posts, and creation of a content strategy.
