Perspective while writing this POW: 

Imagine I being the founder or the community manager of the community. By placing myself in the actual role, I am better equipped to understand and write. From the past 1.5 years I am part of various communities. I have learnt by observation, how group admin or moderator takes charge of uncomfortable situations. Always keep members interest above individual interest, and end goal is growing the community to be the best where No-coders hang out.
