Full-Time Remote Role: Video Editor 
💰 Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000/month

We’re looking for a video editor who’s also a creator: someone who lives and breathes content. If you’re the kind of person who not only edits videos but also runs your own Instagram/YouTube page, experiments with trends, and loves telling stories, we want you on our team.
 

Assignment (20-30 Mins)

Create a 30 second Instagram Reel or YouTube Short that showcases Inagiffy’s brand essence, smart storytelling, playful personality, and visual punch. 

• Study our website and try to create awareness about our two core offerings: 1. Newsletter as a Service and 2. Community Building
• You can use AI to create the script and go as creatively as possible for this submission
• You can use B-Roll, AI Generated Clips or even Shot yourself to explain what Inagiffy does

What you’ll do:

• Edit high-quality short-form & long-form videos for IG Reels, YT Shorts, and YouTube.
• Conceptualize, script, and create original content from scratch.
• Adapt edits to platform-specific trends, formats, and storytelling styles.
• Repurpose content across platforms while keeping it fresh and engaging.
• Work closely with the design & marketing team to ideate campaigns and creative experiments.

You’re a good fit if:

• You already run an IG/YT channel or have a personal portfolio showcasing your edits.
• You know storytelling — pacing, hooks, emotions, payoffs.
• You keep up with trending formats, memes, and editing styles.
• You can work fast without compromising quality.
• You’re comfortable taking initiative and pitching new content ideas.

Bonus points if:

• You have experience in motion graphics or animation.
• You’re skilled with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• You’ve grown a personal or client channel/page before.
