Part 1: 

The Newsletter (under 1,500 words)

Write the actual newsletter article.

Pick 3 coding tasks. Test all three models. 

Write up:
•⁠  ⁠What you tested
•⁠  ⁠What each model did
•⁠  ⁠Where they differed and why
•⁠  ⁠Your takeaways

Structure is yours to decide. Include screenshots or code snippets. It’s more about showing, not just telling.

Part 2: 

Process Documentation (no word limit)

Below your article, document:
•⁠  ⁠Why you would pick this topic, or any topic moving forward (Is it recent? Trending? Something you use?)
•⁠  ⁠Why these specific tests
•⁠  ⁠Why they matter to readers
•⁠  ⁠What readers can learn or try themselves

This stays internal but helps us understand your thinking.

 

What we're looking for:

• You ran the tests yourself.
• You can explain technical things clearly.
• The topic choice makes sense.
• The insights and opinions are specific, not generic.

 

How to Submit Your Assignment:

• Your article + process doc (Notion preferred)
• One past technical writing sample if you have it
• Top 3 submissions gets paid
