The Deal

We need someone who can turn raw footage into un-scrollable content. We're talking about content that makes people forget they're holding their phones. Think you've got what it takes? Prove it.

- Audio: The usual talking head stuff that needs your magic

- Brand guidelines: Break them creatively, but don't break them completely

 

The Must-Haves

1. Edit Like You Mean It

• Match cuts, pacing, color grade, motion design

2. Audio That Slaps

   - Music, Sound design (not just “whoosh” effects), Clean dialogue without that obvious noise reduction artifact

3. Graphics That Don't Suck

   - Captions that enhance the edit, not just sit there

   - Type animation that doesn't look like it's from a Premiere preset

   - Lower thirds that don't scream "I just learned After Effects"

   - Branding that feels integrated, not slapped on

 

How We Judge

- Technical Skills (50%) - Show us you know your tools

- Sound Design (20%) - Prove you think in stereo

- Attention to Detail (20%) - Show us you actually care

- Project Organization (10%) - Because we might need to change things later

 

Deliverables

1. The cut (MP4)

3. Quick breakdown of your thinking (bullet points, not an essay)

4. Sources for any external assets

5. Project files (organized, not a mess)

 

Timeline

You should not take more than a day to edit 

 

The Fine Print

- Use whatever assets you want 

- Questions are good, excuses aren't

- Think vertical - most views will be mobile

- Don't be precious - engagement matters more than your artistic vision

💵 Video expected: 24~30 a months (compensation starts from INR 800/- per video, open to negotiation based on your skills)
