The Deal
We need someone who can turn raw footage into un-scrollable content. We're talking about content that makes people forget they're holding their phones. Think you've got what it takes? Prove it.

- Audio: The usual talking head stuff that needs your magic
- Brand guidelines: Break them creatively, but don't break them completely
The Must-Haves
1. Edit Like You Mean It
2. Audio That Slaps
- Music, Sound design (not just “whoosh” effects), Clean dialogue without that obvious noise reduction artifact
3. Graphics That Don't Suck
- Captions that enhance the edit, not just sit there
- Type animation that doesn't look like it's from a Premiere preset
- Lower thirds that don't scream "I just learned After Effects"
- Branding that feels integrated, not slapped on

- Technical Skills (50%) - Show us you know your tools
- Sound Design (20%) - Prove you think in stereo
- Attention to Detail (20%) - Show us you actually care
- Project Organization (10%) - Because we might need to change things later
