We’re hiring a LinkedIn Personal Brand Strategist to work directly with Riten Debnath (Founder, Fueler) to scale his presence from 22K → 100K+ followers.

This is not a posting role. This is a strategy + growth + distribution role.

💵 Paid assignment: Cash Prizes for top 3 submissions

 

What success looks like in 60–90 days:

• 2–3 high-performing posts per week (10K+ impressions consistently)
• At least 3 posts crossing 50K+ impressions
• Clear content pillars defined and tested
• Growth rate: +1K to +3K followers/month

 

Assignment

Task 1 (Strategy + Execution Thinking):

Go through Riten’s past LinkedIn posts and create a strategy to grow his profile to 100K followers

• Audit his last 30–50 posts and identify:
  • Top 5 performing posts. Why they worked
  • Bottom 5 posts. What failed
• Define 3–4 content pillars for Riten
• Suggest:
  • 10 post ideas that can go viral
  • 3 repeatable content formats
• Give a 2-week posting plan

 

Task 2 (Proof of Work):

• Share 1–2 LinkedIn accounts you’ve worked on
• Mention:
  • Starting follower count → current
  • What exactly you did (content, hooks, distribution, comments, etc.)
  • 1 post that performed really well and why
