Assignment Details

Task 01:

Tone of Voice

Brand: Conscious, Results-Focused Business Coach

About the Brand

This brand is a business coach who helps service providers (freelancers, coaches, agency owners) who are already making money — between ₹1L and ₹5L a month. They’re great at what they do, but they’re stuck: undercharging, overworking, and struggling to scale.

They don’t want “hustle harder” advice or to rely on making reels all day. They want more ease, authority, and high-ticket clients — built on strategy, not trends.

Tone of Voice

  • Confident but caring: like a mentor who pushes you but also has your back.
  • Direct but not preachy: tells you the truth without shaming you.
  • Real-life examples: explain concepts with stories and analogies, not fluff.
  • Punchy and conversational: short sentences, rhythmic flow.
  • Strategy first: timeless, practical advice — not hacks or trends.

Content Pillars

  • Keeping systems simple and clear.
  • Building a business that gives you freedom and scalability.
  • Growing in a client-first and authentic way.
  • Setting boundaries and balancing business with energy.
  • Using psychology-backed marketing and organic lead generation.

Your Test Projects

1. Speaking Reel Script

Topic: “Your business isn’t growing because you aren’t growing.”

Keep it short (30–60 seconds). Think in “beats” — hook, story, reframe, call-to-action.

2. Carousel + Caption

Topic: “People don’t buy your product. They buy who they get to become once they work with you.”

Deliverables:

  • Carousel copy (6–8 slides max). Needs a clear flow: hook → insight → reframe → CTA.
  • Caption that ties it together and invites comments/DMs.

Task 02

Brand: Psycho-Spiritual Therapist

About the Brand

This brand is a therapist who blends psychology, spirituality, and somatic healing. She works with people (mostly women, but not only) who are carrying old wounds from trauma, painful relationships, or emotional suppression.

Her clients are emotionally aware, but they’ve outgrown surface-level fixes like journaling or venting to friends. They want deep, lasting transformation. She also works with couples who feel disconnected and people curious about healing through sound therapy, inner child work, and nervous system support.

Tone of Voice (in plain words)

Calm and compassionate: like someone who holds space for you.

Gentle but clear: no blame, no shame — but also not sugarcoating.

Spiritual but practical: rooted in wisdom, explained in simple language.

Therapist energy, not influencer energy: timeless, steady, human.

Content Pillars (what she talks about most)

  • Healing trauma and feeling safe in your nervous system.
  • How old wounds show up in present patterns.
  • What real healing looks and feels like.
  • Relationships and couple dynamics (shutdown, conflict, unmet needs).
  • Sound healing and somatic awareness (body as a portal for healing).
  • Reparenting and letting go of shame, guilt, and fear.
  • Building emotional literacy and validation.

Your Test Projects

1. Speaking Reel Script

Topic: “Not all silence is peace. Sometimes it’s shut down.”

Write a script that explains the difference between healthy calm silence and silence caused by emotional shutdown or survival mode.

2. Carousel + Caption

Topic: “You don’t attract what you want—you attract what feels familiar.”

Deliverables:

  • Carousel copy (6–8 slides max). Use simple psychology-backed examples (like how childhood dynamics shape who we choose in relationships).
  • Caption that expands the idea in a validating, reflective way.

✅ Reminder: This is about tone, clarity, and structure. Show us how you’d write in two completely different voices while keeping it engaging, clear, and human.
