Hi, we’re building Cospire - a content-first education venture helping students get into India’s best new-age and liberal arts colleges like Masters’ Union, MESA, Ashoka, and more. A large part of our trust and growth comes from the content we put out, especially on YouTube, and the scripts are the heart of all this content. We're hiring a scriptwriter who can work with briefs, respect structure, and still write in a way that feels human and not over-produced.

Assignment-

1. Go through this video on our youtube channel and identify and understand the voice of the brand- the tonality, vibe, delivery language, creative direction and an overall structural flow of our scripts. For additional reference, here is the script for the video we just asked you to watch above.
2. On a google doc, write the first 2-3 minutes of a script for an A-roll video (usually 7-8 minute long) on the following topic- “The Future of Education in India: How New-Age Colleges are Changing the Landscape”. The detailed task instructions are attached here.
3. Your script must include:
   1. An Engaging Hook that engages the viewer in the initial seconds and builds the curiosity to watch the entire video rather than dropping off.
   2. Creative Direction: Include notes for the editor- visual cues, text overlays, or specific b-roll ideas.
   3. Non-Linearity & Fun: Avoid blabbering information. Use interrupts or fun elements to keep the energy alive and retention high.
   4. Cospire Alignment: Try to align it with the analysis of Cospire's style of delivery that you made in the first step of this task.
