Work Description

1. Content Identification and Strategy
   • Analyze competition and current trends to identify content opportunities.
   • Research search intent and business needs to determine relevant content topics.
2. Content Creation Process
   • Evaluate past and competing content to gather insights.
   • Plan and draft content, including scripts and storyboards.
   • Collect necessary assets and record screencasts.
   • Edit and refine videos, adding enhancements as needed.
   • Produce 4 - 8 Long form videos per month
   • Produce 10 - 15 short form videos per month
3. Product and Content Publishing
   • Develop relevant products - template and photoshop actions.
   • Optimize content for publication, including thumbnails and SEO.
4. Post-Publishing Activities
   • Repurpose content for various platforms, including blogs and short-form videos.
5. Community Engagement
   • Monitor and respond to comments and user concerns.
6. General Responsibilities
   • Develop our content creation SOPs and processes.
   • Collaborate and work closely with the other stake holders.
   • Commit 4 to 6 hours per day, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role after 6 months based on performance and culture fit.
   • Enjoy working with one of the coolest and calmest “lifestyle” first startups from India.
   • Work remotely, with occasional offsites and team get-togethers.
