Work Description

1. Customer Success Responsibilities
   • Identify Customer Issues and Workflow
   • Try to resolve them via text or pointing to help document link/ youtube link
   • Explain issue and resolution via screencast video
   • Answer pre-sale questions
   • Get on a call with customers and help them resolve issues
   • Collect customer reviews from the happy customer
2. Content Creation
   • Identify good youtube and blog content for Photoshop Tutorials
   • Work with the video editor to produce Photoshop Tutorials for our youtube channel
3. General Responsibilities
   • Develop our SOPs and processes.
   • Collaborate and work closely with the other stake holders.
   • Commit 4 to 6 hours per day, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role after 6 months based on performance and culture fit.
   • Enjoy working with one of the coolest and calmest “lifestyle” first startups from India.
   • Work remotely, with occasional offsites and team get-togethers.
