Creative Intern at Brickso (with PPO)

Stipend: 15-20k per month

Duration- 6 months

Location- HSR Layout, Bengaluru

The Goal: Show us how you would market a new luxury apartment in Bangalore to a young tech professional.

Task 1: AI Content Creation

Pick one of the following and use your favorite AI tools (Midjourney, HeyGen, etc.) to create it:

• A Photo: Create a realistic image of a modern "Home Office" inside a Bangalore apartment.
• A Video: Create a 10-second AI video teaser showing a beautiful living room.
• Note: Tell us which AI tools you used and what prompts you typed in.

Task 2: Writing (Copywriting)

Write the following for a social media post:

1. The Hook: One sentence to grab someone’s attention.
2. The Benefit: Explain in 2–3 bullet points why buying a home is better than renting.
3. The Action: A short "Sign Up" message that makes people want to click.

Task 3: Trend Spotting

Find one current trend on Instagram or LinkedIn. In 2–3 sentences, tell us how Credit Dharma can use that trend to talk about home loans or real estate.

What we're looking for

• Experience: Freshers are welcome. 0-6 months of experience in creative fields and a knack for leveraging AI tools beyond just ChatGPT and Gemini (think Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Whisk, etc.).
• Subject matter expertise in real estate and/or finance content will be given additional preference.
• Familiarity with Social Media best practices and understanding content creation philosophies is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
