We started building Fueler four years back

The first two years, it was free. For the last two years, we started monetising and made revenue

Biggest learning: People don't pay for your product - they pay for outcomes

For 4 years now, we have learned some critical insights around upskilling and talent space in India. Most of our learnings were based on speaking with our community and the companies that are always looking for skilled folks

Proof of Work is an efficient way to make decisions, even better when they're vetted by some platform: that's where Fueler comes in. 

Our aim is to build a trustworthy brand around proof of work vetted talent. Home for both professionals and companies in India. 

Fueler is not a social platform, it's a utility platform (like Canva, Calendly, Notion) that solves for the use case of proof of work portfolio and assignment-based hiring

TLDR: India is a land of incredibly skilled talents spread across geography. They just lack discovery, and this space is highly unorganized. Some very useful and innovative solutions are to be built - this excites me even more
