With the increase of storytelling across media, VIDEO EDITORS are in huge demand by different agencies, creators, startups and well-established companies. 

Here are few pointer to help you improve your skill:

1. Please keep improving your craft, focus and practice more and more. Take up projects, if you are starting up - do not be hesitant to take up free work or for a minimum compensation. The point is you have to keep building momentum in your career.
2. Take feedback from someone who knows the game better than you. Don't be shy away from asking for feedback as it will help you insanely improve your skills and thought process. Don't take any criticism personally, instead have thick skin and keep improving
3. Keep your ego aside and ask for help and work on it diligently. Asking for help is a strength we all underestimate. Followup respectfully and value their opinions and be super grateful for their time and attention.
