- Co-Founder, supporting the fundraising of over $3.5 Million over 6 years of active involvement with business. (Final 1.25 years full-time, first 5 years part-time passion project while working FT in tech in Product).

- P&L and budget owner for full business. 

- Direct manager of all functional leaders (Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Development, and QA).

- Curator and owner of business's growth strategy as well as the supporting OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for each function.

- An average of 80% of users used application in first month, growing to 90% within the quarter. DAUs were 75% and MAUs were 85% of resident capacity on average, driven by keyless entry API, digital intercom integrations, and various user demand researched, in-house built features.
